Users acknowledge that downloadable digital content is inherently non-returnable once access is provided or content is downloaded. No exception, circumstance, or condition shall override the non-refund status of courses designated with the “NO REFUND” label.

4.2 Refundable Direct Courses (If Applicable)

  • Courses purchased due to user error, mistake, or change of mind.

  • Courses purchased during limited-time sales, flash sales, or seasonal promotions.
  • Courses purchased for a user other than the account holder.
  • Courses purchased using third-party financing or installment payment plans.

Refund Process for Refund-Eligible Direct Courses:

  1. Submit a written refund request to support@manishjassal.com with the subject line “Refund Request: [Course Name].”
  2. Include the transaction ID, date of payment, payment method used, email address associated with the account, course name, and detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. ManishJassal.com will send confirmation of receipt within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the request.
  4. The Company will investigate, review, and verify the refund request within ten (10) business days.
  5. Following authorization, the Company shall execute the refund transfer to the original payment instrument within a timeframe of five (5) to ten (10) business days.
  6. The user will receive written notification of the refund decision via email.

4.3 Technical Issues or Content Delivery Failures

If ManishJassal.com experiences technical issues, service failures, system errors, or delivery defects that prevent a user from accessing, downloading, or utilizing a refund-eligible course, the user may be eligible for a remedy. Eligible remedies may include:

5. ONE-TIME SECOND CHANCE POLICY FOR HONEST MISTAKES

5.1 Availability of Second Chance Refund

Note: Accessing more than ten percent (10%) of the course materials or downloading the course disqualifies you from the refund.

A user may be eligible for a one-time second chance refund under the following conditions:

The one-time second chance refund policy does NOT apply to downloadable courses, products, or content designated as non-refundable:

  • Any downloadable course, digital product, or content file designated “NO REFUND” is explicitly excluded from the second chance refund policy.
  • If a user has downloaded any course materials or content files, they are automatically ineligible for a second-chance refund, regardless of the reason for the purchase mistake.
  • The act of downloading course content constitutes acceptance of the non-refund terms and waives eligibility for any second chance consideration.

5.4 Second Chance Refund Process

  2. Required Information: Provide a clear and detailed explanation of the honest mistake, including the transaction ID, purchase date, the correct course that was intended, and why the wrong course was selected.

  4. Verification: The Company will verify that this is your first second chance request and that you meet all eligibility criteria.
  5. Company Discretion: ManishJassal.com shall assess the application and retain full discretion to grant or reject approval depending upon the plausibility of the stated rationale and confirmation that the user legitimately qualifies under the honest mistake criteria.
  6. Processing: In the event of approval, processing of the refund shall commence and be completed to the original payment source within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
  7. Final Decision: The Company’s decision regarding a second chance refund is final. Appeals or disputes of second-chance refund decisions are not entertained.

5.5 Ineligible Scenarios

6. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS

6.1 Subscription and Membership Initial Refund Eligibility

Full Refund for Initial Subscription or Membership:

  • Users acknowledge that accessing a “NO REFUND” course through a subscription plan does not grant them refund rights for that course or the subscription containing it.

6.4 Downloadable Products Within Subscriptions and Memberships

Downloadable courses, digital products, or content marketed as non-refundable within subscription or membership offerings are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • If a subscription or membership includes a downloadable course designated “NO REFUND,” that course remains non-refundable regardless of subscription refund eligibility.
  • Subscription refund eligibility does not override the non-refund designation of downloadable products included in the subscription.

Refund Upon Cancellation of Subscription or Membership:

  • If a subscription or membership is cancelled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial payment, a full refund of the initial subscription or membership fee will be issued.
  • Should cancellation take place beyond the fourteen-day window, the Company shall issue no reimbursement for the active billing cycle, subsequent billing cycles, or any amounts previously charged.
  • Approved refunds shall transfer to the original payment instrument within five (5) to ten (10) business days following the cancellation authorization.

7.3 Cancellation and Third-Party Course Withdrawals

Users who wish to withdraw from or cancel enrollment in courses purchased through third-party affiliate links must:

  1. Log in to the user’s account on the third-party course platform directly.
  2. Navigate to the specific course and select the appropriate withdrawal or cancellation option within that platform.
  3. Follow the third-party platform’s cancellation procedures and refund request process.

ManishJassal.com has no involvement in, authority over, or responsibility for third-party course cancellations or withdrawals.


8. PAYMENT METHODS AND REFUND PROCESSING

The Company shall communicate via email regarding any processing delays that surpass the specified timeframes.

8.4 Payment Processing Failures

If a user’s payment fails to process due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, expired payment method, or errors by the payment processor:

  1. ManishJassal.com will make one (1) automatic attempt to reprocess the payment within ten (10) calendar days.
  2. Should payment attempts persist in failing following the reprocessing effort, access to acquired content shall remain suspended pending successful payment completion or formal purchase termination.

  • Video content that has been viewed, accessed, or streamed.
  • Document, PDF, or image content that has been accessed or viewed.
  • Digital resources, guides, supplementary materials, or reference documents accessed by the user.
  • Digital certificates, badges, completion records, or course credentials are issued to the user.

9.3 Substantially Utilized Services and Content

  • Courses, services, or features where the user has substantially accessed, utilized, or engaged with the content.
  • “Substantially utilized” is defined as accessing more than twenty percent (20%) of the total course content, including video duration, documents, assessments, or other measurable course components.

9.4 User Error or Change of Mind

  • Courses purchased due to user error, including selecting the wrong course, incorrect quantity selection, or similar mistakes (except where eligible under the Second Chance Policy in Section 5).
  • Courses purchased due to user misunderstanding of course content, scope, or requirements.
  • Courses purchased and subsequently cancelled due to user change of mind, lack of interest, or perceived unsuitability.
  • Courses purchased for a user other than the account holder or without authorization from the intended recipient.

9.5 Promotional and Discount Purchases

  • Courses purchased during promotional periods, sales events, flash sales, or limited-time offers.
  • Courses purchased using discount codes, coupon codes, promotional codes, or special promo links.
  • Courses purchased at reduced, discounted, or special pricing.
  • Courses obtained through bundled packages are sold at discounted or promotional rates.

9.6 Third-Party Financing and Installment Plans

  • Courses purchased using third-party financing options, installment payment plans, or buy-now-pay-later services.
  • Users who purchase using such payment options assume full responsibility for all payment obligations to the third-party financing provider.
  • ManishJassal.com does not issue refunds that would alter the user’s payment obligations to financing providers.

9.7 Subscription and Membership Plans

  • Subscription or membership fees are paid for periods longer than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial payment date.

The Company will determine and implement the most appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, which may include:

  • Full refund of the course purchase price.

  • Extended access period or extended course availability.
  • Service credit toward future purchases or premium features.
  • Replacement access to the course with corrected functionality.
  • Alternative course product of equivalent or greater value.
